All prints are sold unframed and are giclee printed to the highest quality on 300gsm smooth fine art paper before being signed and numbered by hand.
As all prints are made to order, I am only able to accept returns if the product is damaged. In this instance please contact me directly at gentowen@yahoo.com.
All orders outside of the UK will be sent with a tracking number and delivery timings will differ based on variables across the world. Within the UK both standard and tracked options are available.
Please keep in mind that I am a sole trader and mail out prints once a week, after which I have no additional knowledge of how long your package will take.
